Ø Potomac Club Condominiums, Woodbridge, VA: This project included design of four story wood frame construction. Construction administration was also part of my duties in this project.
Ø Monument Square Condominiums, Richmond, VA: This project included design of four story wood frame construction with 16 residential units. The project was built in a nice area of Richmond, VA.
Ø Forest View Condominiums, Joppa Forest, MD: This project included design of four story wood frame construction. Total of 9 buildings were included in this project. Construction administration was also part of my duties in this project.
Ø Traditions at Ridley, Brookhaven, PA: This project included design of four story wood frame construction. Total of 6 buildings were included in this project. Construction administration was also part of my duties in this project. The biggest aspect of this project was foundation design because of worst site conditions.
Ø Court House Commons, Central Islip, NY: This project was designed as a four story wood frame construction. Project included total of 21 buildings. Design and construction administration were part of my duties in this project. The major task in this project was shear wall design because of very high wind speed, considering architectural design there were many openings in the buildings because of lower story being parking garage.
Ø Hyattsville Condominiums, Hyattsville, MD: This project was designed as three story wood frame construction. Project included two buildings with lower floor as commercial space and upper two stories were residential units.
Ø Madison Crescent Condominiums, Prince William County, VA: This project was designed as four story wood frame construction.
Ø Widewater Apartments, Raleigh, North Carolina: This project was designed as four story wood frame construction.
Ø Applecross Country Club Fitness Center, Pennsylvania: This project was designed as four story wood frame construction and steel and metal deck framing at lower level.
Ø Applecross Country Club Trego Barn, Pennsylvania: This project was designed as a steel structure with SIP panels. This project was interesting in the sense that the design was included a historic trego barn where existing structure exterior was to be prevented using wind girt system. The project was designed using RAM ADVANSE.
Ø Tuscarora Creek Condominiums, MD: This project was a one story concrete parking garage with upper four story of wood framed structure. The transfer slab was designed using RAM Concept for the loads from upper four stories of wood framed structures.
Ø Staples Mills Center Condominiums, Richmond, VA: This project includes two buildings, each building with over 400 residential units. First building was a donout shape structure with four story wood frame structure at the front and at the rear steel framed structure over commercial area and upper three stories are being designed as wood framed structure. Four story pre-cast parking garage is designed in the center area around which the building is designed. Second building was one story concrete parking garage with transfer slab and on top of parking garage four story of wood framed structure. Steel portion of the first building is designed using RAM Steel and concrete transfer slab of the structure is being designed using RAM Concept.
Ø Fort Lee, Richmond, VA: This project included design of wood framed structures. Total 13 buildings were included in design including residential units for military housing, club houses, maintenance buildings. The interesting aspect of this project was use of BIM. This project was completely done using REVIT STRUCTURE. All the structural models and plans were created and coordinated using REVIT STRUCTURE.
Ø Mill Pond at Franklin Lakes, NJ: This project included design of wood framed structures. The buildings were three story structures.
Ø Centennial Mills Recreation Center at Voorhees, NJ: This project included design of huge club house, fitness center and pool house. The project was value engineered with wood structure vs. steel structure and finally designed as a wood framed structure because of cost savings.
Ø Upper Gwynedd Recreation Center at Voorhees, NJ: This project included design of huge club house, fitness center and pool house. The duties for this project included construction administration as well.
Ø Lorton Town Center, Lorton VA: This project included two steel framed commercial buildings. The design and analysis of both structures were reviewed and rechecked using Visual Analysis program. Also was part of construction administration team for inspection of four story residential donout shape structure with approximately 250 residential units.
Ø Lees Square, Manassas, VA: This was two over two duplexes and was designed for K Hovnanian Homes in Manassas, Virginia. I was in charge of entire project from design development stage.
Ø Involved in design of countless single family and town house structures.
Ø Created structural programs for analysis and design in Excel and Visual Basic.
